Start up problem

My computer is halting once my desktop appears after
start up, and just sits there without loading the system
tray programs for about 2 minutes. SSDP Discovery
Service has been disabled but it is still doing it. Once
the system tray programs load everything is fine, but
this problem appeared out of nowhere. Please help!
 
Did u updated the Norton or Installed Norton recently if
yes reinstall the Norton
