Start up Options

I configured my startup options and now the menu won't display so I can
reset them.

I can view my db objects by pressing F11. But how can I display my full
menu options so I can change the startup options?

Go ahead and laugh. I deserve it.
 
Hold the Shift Key down while you are opening the database. This will
usually bypass the StartUp options and present you with the standard
MenuBar.
