I did clear off check mark of some Programs in the start up Tab (Not Start
up folder) of System Configration utility but after rebooting when I go back
to the Start up tab again those are appeared with check mark. Most of the
progrms are I did Uninstall of them. Most of them are in HKLM and HKCU
LOCATION which I cannot find in registry as well?

What programs? If they are malware, it is common for this to happen as
the Mother Ship (as it were) is respawning the malware drones. Give us
more information and you'll get more specific answers.

Have you done a thorough check for malware?

On my PC there r 1 or 2 that r like that but they r
what I would call critical- ZApro was 1 I think. It
neednt be malware.

To find a key, its easiest to use CTL+F then F3
repeatedly. So u know u r in correct hive, there is a
command which will copy entire key name to clipboard
after which u can paste it in wordpad to read.

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.
