Depends on what you need the disk for?
Boot disk to flash the BIOS.
Place a floppy in the floppy drive, then from MyComputer right click the
floppy drive and select format. Choose to make a MS-DOS boot disk.

The XP CD is bootable if you want to clean install XP.
