Start UltraVNC shortcut full screen?

I want to create a shortcut that will open up an UltraVNC session to a
system, log in, and open up in full screen mode. The problem is it
opens up in the mode where you still have to grab the pull down from
the upper left and select full screen. Anybody know if I can avoid
this? I know it's trivial, but the user I setting this up for needs
real simplicity.
