Start/Turn Off Computer/StandBy to Hibernate

When I click on Start/Turn Off Computer I want to click on Hibernate but there is no Hibernate, it has Standby instead. I have StandBy on the keyboard, I don't need it twice. Is there a way to change it to Hibernate?

when at the shut down screen, ie start > turn off computer, if you hold down
the shift key you the stand by option should change to hibernate

of course this is dependant on the hibernate option being enabled in the
power options part of the control panel
