Start/Restart/Shutdown

Dear All,

I have Sony Vaio laptop with Windows XP Home Edition installed on that.
I have also partitioned D drive and installed SUSE 9.1. I find that
earlier my system was running very fine but now when I boot or shutdown
or restart my system with Windows it takes very long.

Has anyone of you has come across such problem and find some solution
for that. Please suggest...

This is all great, if it worked. But when you follow the instructions on
that page, you get an error that Windows cannot complete the task.
Specifically, the download of "Restarting Windows XP" results in Send error
number to Microsoft (0x800A138F)
