start program in console

After I log on to terminal server, how could I start a
program such as PC anywhere in console (local session) so
after I log off remotely, the program still run on local.

Second question, I have a printer connected with USB in
client pc. When it connect to terminal server, the USB
printer could not be added. How could I add a USB printer
with terminla service.

FC,

I might be incorrect on this but I do not believe that a printer attached
via USB is going to work in WIN2000 Terminal Server. You might have to look
at another solution.....
