Start Page

Can anyone tell me why my start page gets changed
automatically? I can go into my settings and set my start
page. This start page will remain the same untill I use
another program, then it automatically changes to
res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776 when I click on my web
browser icon to re-enter the web.

Any help would be appreciated.
