Start menue Arrow icons now mouse icons???

This morning I started up XP-Pro and all the Arrows to
the right of PROGRAMS, DOCUMENTS, SETTINGS, etc in the
start menu changed to little mouse icons.... What has
happened? This change seems to have taken place thru out
the rollouts, the shortcut icons are all correct. PLEASE
HELP!!!
