when i click start/ all programs the list is 2 columns
wide but the bottom 2 files are below the screen
is there a way to make it go to 3 screens wide otherwise
you never see any more file you add

Is there a little arrow at the bottom of the list? If so then you
have the option turned on to scroll programs.

To turn it off
Right click the Start Button and select Properties
Click Customize
Click Advanced
Scroll down the list and uncheck "Scroll Programs"
