When I open ALL PROGRAMS in start menu appears 3 columns,
but I only can see part of the third. How I can modify
the width? thanks

Dang. You must have a-ton-o-crap on your system.

I'd first start by organizing your programs into groups. Right click on the
start button and select 'Open All Users'. Double click on Programs. From
here, create some directories like 'Graphics Applications', 'Games', etc...
and put the appropriate program groups into the categories you've created.
Now when you click on All Programs, the list will be much smaller and not
run over 2 columns (we hope).

In addition to Mike's suggestions, rename some of these items so that they
aren't as long. It will take less width to display the shortened names.
Example: "SomeGame - the Mighty Whatever 9" can be renamed to "SG9."
