start menu

#1my sub-menus in my start menu will not pop up,#2i have to right click
everything in order to open anything, if i left click it just opens the
search progrom,and #3when i go to add/deleate the page is there but there is
nothing for me to add/deleate.Oh and on #1i have the "open sub-menus when i
pause on start menu",box ckecked. still dose'nt work. someone please help!
