Start menu: sub-menus don't expand

Hello,

I made a fresh install of Windows XP, plus SP1, and I have a big problem.

When I go in the Start menu, I am not able to expand any submenu inside
(the items with an arrow on the right side).

I tried to play with the menu properties ans the themes, but I didn't
succeed to resolve this problem. It is very annoying.

Hi,

Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize. Scroll through
the options on the Advanced tab and put the check mark back in Enable
dragging and dropping.
