I would like to know how to clean up and remove addresses
that are displayed when I go into Start then Run and when
typing a letter such as R or L a list of http addresses
show up many of them garbage and I cannot seem to get them
removed from the software?

Go to the Start Menu, Settings, Taskbar and Start Menu, Customize, and look
for the "Clear" button. This removes all "records of recently accessed
documents, programs, and Web sites".
