Start Menu & Quick Launch

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what to do to enable "dragging & dropping" on the Start
Menu and the Quick Launch menu as it appears that they are "locked". I was
previously able to drag and drop tp arrange the order of my startmenu and
quick launch menu but for some reason it will not let me do it anymore.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

XP Start Menu >>
Right click the Start button | Properties |
Start Menu tab | Customize button | Advanced tab |
Scroll down to and Check: Enable dragging and dropping |
OK | OK

Classic Start Menu >>
Right click the Start button | Properties |
Start Menu tab | Customize button |
Scroll down to and Check: Enable dragging and dropping |
OK | OK

[[Specifies whether you can drag items to the Start
menu.]] Also disables right click menu if UNChecked.
