Help! Quick launch problem

I met a problem for my Quick Launch.
For some user in my PC, the Quick Launch can't display in the toolbar when I
select the "show quick launch" in setting---toolbar&start menu. When I back
to toolbar&start menu, my selection had been auto cancelled. I don't know why.
But for other users in the same computer, they never happened. Please tell
me how to solve this problem! Thanks a lot!

Ensure that the Quick Launch folder exists in their profile.(path follows)

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Quick Launch

They are here. I think maybe it is the script problem. My computer log in the
domain and run some script at the start up. Anybody know the script setting?

It is finaly done!!!!!
1 Copy the "Internet Explorer" folder from "C:\documents & settings\user
name\application data\microsoft" to "C:\windows\application data\microsoft"
2 On the Start menu: Select Control Panel
3 In Control Panel: Select Taskbar and Start Menu
4 In the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box, on the Taskbar tab:
Select the Show Quick Launch check box.
Select OK.
5 close Control Panel
