Start Menu Program listing hidden

I have a Sony Laptop (PCG-FRV25)running in 1024 X 768, this resolution
is supported. When I Select START>All Programs, the program list comes
up but, the last program listed (bottom program listing) is hidden
beneath the System Tray and can't be read. I can see the program
listing if I switch to 800 X 600. Any way to fix this? I don't want to
change screen resolutions.

I should have said Task Tray instead of System Tray.
