Start Menu Picture Missing!?

The picture next to the users name on the start menu is
no longer being displayed. I went into the users set up
and the picture was still with the users name, it just
doesn't show on the start menu.I tried to replace the
picture with a new one, but the pic still does not show
up on the start menu.

You need to have the Use Welcome Screen option selected in User
Accounts/Change the way users log on and off.

Ronnie,

I went into the users account are you referenced and I
received the following message:

An install program has disabled the Welcome Screen and
Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must
uninstall the program. The following file name might
help you identify the program that made the chance:
TSigGina.dll

What do I do next? I do not know what the gina file is!
