Start Menu Items

For some odd reason on my Start Menu the link for the Help and Support is not
there. I can access this by pressing F1 when the desktop is currently active.
Anybody know how to get this link back on my Start Menu?

I see by the post date that this is coming late, but here it is if you still
need it.

Right click on the Task Bar and select Properties
Select the Start Menu Tab
Click the Customize Button
Scan down the list, check Help and click OK
