I've been having this problem for several days now, and it's extremely
annoying. I did a google search on this, but I got nothing, so I decided to
ask here.
I have Windows XP Professional with SP2. This is happening at least once a
day - I try to click on the Start Menu, but it just won't load. And the
taskbar won't allow me to select any toolbars when this happens. The only
thing I can do is right click on the Start Menu > Explore.
Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? Or if there is any
known fix? Thanks.
