I can not get the start menu to "expand" when my mouse
pauses over the menu section....I have the menu type set
up as classic windows, and I have to click the mouse to
get into the programs, etc.....any help would be
appreciated.

To turn off Personalized Menus:

1. Right-click the Start button, and then click Properties.
2. On the Start Menu tab, click Classic Start menu, and then click Customize.
3. Under Advanced Start menu options, uncheck the "Use personalized menus" check
box.
