Start Menu for All Users

I'm trying to move some custom shortcuts from my "User" profile Start Menu
to the "All Users" profile Start Menu. Unfortunately, all of the folders in
Vista that contain what appears to be the "All Users" profile Start Menu
give an "access denied" error when I click them.

Where is the Vista equivalent to the Win XP's "All Users" profile Start
Menu?

this is easy or should be an easy call. have you tried being in
admisnistrator priviledge (sorry for typos) then going to the "start menu",
then and right clicking on the "all programs" you should have two choices,
"open all users" and "open". Open is for the account you are logged on to
and open all users of course is for all users menu, hope this is clear, and
works for you, after this is easy you just have to move or copy the file
over form the user account you are logged on to and copy them to all users

Go to C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start
Menu\Programs

If you don't see it, make sure that hidden files are turned on.
