START MENU FOLDERS & RESIZING WINDOWS

Can anyone remind me please of how to .........

1. create "new" folders to group programs together on the start menu?

2. assign my icons to those folders?

3. size windows to that they remain that specific size like the good old
days of 3.1?

1. R-click, the start button and pick Explore. You create a folder there
just like anyplace else.

2. R-click, properties, Customize

3. That's what they do now, unless you change the size.
