Start Menu button frozen in Classic

After installing the Microsoft Windows xp update (service pack 3), my Start
menu button will not go to the regular XP style appearance but stays in the
classic button look. It basically works the same, just doesn't look as nice.
 
Hi,

Did you build "Windows XP Virtual Style" component into your run-time image?
Basically, XP style was came from this component.
