force XP style start menu, NOT THE CLASSIC!

I have a division where management wants to force users to use the new XP
style start menu, not the classic. there is a policy setting which will
force the classic style and it works beautifully. unfortunately, I need the
opposite. I have researched and researched and cannot find any helpful
information. if anyone know how to do this, please clue me in. I notice
with the "force classic start menu" policy, that the XP style button totally
disappears. If I could make that happen the other way around, it would be
wonderful. Please help!!

If you disable this setting, the Start menu only displays in the new style, meaning the desktop icons are now on the Start page.

Thanks for the info.....I wish I could prevent users being able to switch
from XP style to classic.....cannot figure out how to do that.

Why? Why can't users use the start menu they are familiar with? They'll be
more productive instead of bumbling around looking for stuff. There are
about as many incarnations and customizaions of the XP start menu as there
are icons on the desktop. With the classic, everything is the same. It's
like telling your users that they have to use a left handed mouse.

Oh I can agree...but it is a management decision above me. I am just one of
guys that is supposed to make it happen if you know what I mean....:)
