Classic Theme

Hi,
I am attempting to use group policy to set the Windows Classic theme in
Windows XP. I have the Themes service starting up automatically and I have
the User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Control
Panel/Display/Desktop Themes/Load a specific visual style... Enabled and
left blank so that the Windows Classic should load, but the default Windows
XP theme still loads? I have also tried editing this policy by entering
%windir%\resources\Themes\Windows Classic.theme.
Help!

I have set this on my domain. Since the setting is in the User Configuration
settings make sure the user you are logging in with is in the OU the policy
is linked to. Also, make sure there is no over riding setting like an Enforce
above that OU or if it is just set to something else on the immediate OU.
When logged in as the user also try a gpupdate.exe /force.

Side Note: This is somewhat backwards but I noticed when I removed that
policy the classic theme stayed until I manually set it to classic and back
to Luna.
