Today I installed several Windows Updates, and directly after the computer
was restarted the Start Menu Bar stopped responding, and nothing could be
clicked on the whole menu bar including quick launch icons, system tray
icons or the start button. The menu bar would just continue to not respond,
and when I tried to reboot once again, an error message would show up which
said that the process "explorer.exe" was trying to end and I would have to
click end now. I used system restore to restore to the time before those
updates were installed and now it is fine. What is the problem?
Thanks,
