Start Menu and Desktop Icons Gone?

When I started my computer today, all I could see was my
background without the start menu or any desktop icons. I
can only access the task manager, and I need help setting
my computer back to normal!

Your taskbar and desktop icons disappeared?? you can control your computer ONLY
with the task Manager??
dynamic desktop media it's an adware!!

See if you have this task running:-
1) end following process: sysu.exe
2)delete following folder: C:\Programs\ddm
