Start in slide show mode from desktop?

If I have a shortcut to a PowerPoint presentation, is it possible to have it
automatically start in slide show mode (ie, so I don't have to hit f5)?

Change the file's extension from .PPT to .PPS

No kidding. That's it.

No .. really! ;-)
