start enforce protection button is disable

I clicked on protect document and allowed to change in the filling forms.
Then I did changes in the footer part and i want to save that changes.
But i could not find that save option and the "start to enforced protection"
button is not enabled.
Where can i check to enable that button to save that changes?

To save changes in the footer, you save the document as you always would. But
you should leave the footer and return to the main document before
re-activating forms protection.

If that doesn't help, what kind of changes did you make in the footer?

In that form, i filled the text in the text field and it works fine.
But, when i filled in the footer part (just fill the name and date) i need
to unprotect document.
After i fiiled in the footer part and i want to return back to protect
document, the start enforcement doen't work and the button, Yes, start
enforcing protection is not enable.
What should i do to enable that option when i completed my changes?

It works here, but I notice I do have to manually - in Step 2 - set the type
of protection to "Filling in forms". By default (in my test) the checkbox
wasn't activated and this wasn't selected.

This probably means the form was protected using the FORMS toolbar. Have you
tried unprotecting/reprotecting using the "padlock" button on that toolbar?
