start button

The start button is in the upper right hand corner and
peeks out of the upper left hand corner. How do I get it
back to the lower left hand corner
 
Right-click the taskbar and uncheck "Lock the taskbar". Now, try to drag it
to the bottom. do not drag it by clicking the taskbar edges (when the
double-headed arrow appears). Click on the middle empty area on the taskbar
and drag it towards the bottom
