Is there a way to tell if the user has the start bar located on the side of
the screen or on the bottom, and then tell how many pixels thick it is?

....Yes, I'm doing some programming in Access VBA. I have successfully tiled
2 windows horizontally, but I don't know how to take into account for whether
or not the user has the start bar on the side of the screen, thus partially
covering one of my windows.
Anyone else have any info on this?
