Start Bar - Programs - Help

When i shut down my computer on 11/11/03, the programs on
the start bar were showing up. When i started it up on
11/12/03, the start bar was showing but the area where
the programs were supposed to be, wasn't there. I have
the following toolbars activated: Windows Media Player
and Quick Launch. The Windows Media PLayer toolbar is
all the way to the right and the quick launch to the
left. The programs USED to show up BETWEEN these two but
do not anymore. If you need to see what i am talking
about, follow the address below. I have changed nothing
that i know of. What is going on???

Under Taskbar, run the Progams are missing from the Taskbar fix:

Repair/Customize Quick Launch, Taskbar and Notification Area
