Standby Won't Turn on Monitor

Hi all,

The problem i have is that my computer will go into
standby and hibernate, but when i try to resume from
either, the monitor doesn't kick in. The rest of the
computer seems to i.e. the hdd lights and the power
lights all light up but the monitor sits there as though
it's not receiving a signal. I seem to remember that the
graphics card drivers played a part in this, but i have
the latest drivers for my GeForce 4 Ti4200 (45.23) and it
doesn't work. Can someone please help me?
