Yes, remove Norton System Works or try using System Restore to take you back
to a time prior to when you installed it, I assume that's what you meant by
downloaded and see if that resolves the issue. Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
If that fails to resolve it, check with Norton tech support, www.symantec.com, I believe they have their own forums at their website. If
it does resolve it but you still wish to use Norton Systemworks, again,
contact their tech support as this is their issue.
