The reason could be that the WinFax controller is running.
Exit WinFax from the Taskbar and the computer might go into
standby. However it might also mean that WinFax has been
disabled until the next startup.
But I want it to be running all the time to receive fax (the machine can receive fax in Standby mode). The standby mode does not work ONLY AFTER receiveing a fax.
Is there a command (eg. console command) to activate the standby mode
