Is there a way to create an Access application that can work as a
stand alone in other computer that does not have Access installed?

With MS Access Developer, you can distribute the Access Run-Time engine to
do what you are asking.

If you have the Microsoft Office Developer's Version (MOD), you can create
an installation package that installs the Access Run-time files (and your
database) on the target PCs so that the users can use your database.

Only the MOD licenses you to distribute the Access Run-time files
royalty-free with your database application.
