Stalling Xerox DocuPrint P8ex

Ken Rumbarger

I had a single piece of paper jammed in my Xerox DocuPrint P8ex, partwa
through the fuser, and I pulled it out backward instead of pulling it o
through forwards.

I did not hear anything unusual - but I am over 50 and my hearing i
known to be faulty.

Now, whenever I try to print the paper stops in the fuser, and the re
and yellow lights come on. Did I break something? What was it? Can
rectify it myself? Or does it have to be serviced professionally

Maybe you have broken the output switch actuator
get a technical friend to look at the printer.
