SSDPSRV service problem

that the SSDPSRV service has a problem starting, and this
service has the following property "C:\Windows\System32
\svchost.exe -k LocalService" and it is this svchost.exe
in the process list which is consuming abnormal amounts of
CPU usage.

Anybody have any ideas what the problem is or have had a
similar problem?

Use CPanel: Admin Tools: Services to set "SSDP Discovery Service" to
disabled
