SRVMGR - The network path was not found

Using SRVMGR on SBS 2000, when attempting Send Message,
view properties, Services, etc. on my Dell 2000 Pro
workstation, I get -

"Unable to connect to the computer "COMPUTERNAME". The
error was: The network path was not found."

On the 2000 workstation, I have updated the nic drivers
and installed a different 3COM nic. I am able to conduct
normal computer tasks on the 2000 Pro workstation. I
would like to have printer error messages, etc. display on
my workstation. It is a member of the domain.

I have a clone XP system that responds correctly in SVRMGR.

Any ideas?
