SQL statement for ASP in FrontPage

How do "Open a Web on an Internet Information Services (IIS) Web server" when
working on a PC without an IIS Web Server installed. I have read and followed
the instructions on the MS KB Article "How to search a database by using the
LIKE parameter in an SQL statement for ASP in FrontPage" but can't get the
results to show
