Hi Can someone find the solution to this error message ?

SQL Server Setup failed to modify security permissions on service
MSSQLServerADHelper for user User. To proceed, verify that the account
and domain running SQL Server Setup exist, that the account running SQL
Server Setup has administrator privileges, and that exists on the
destination drive.
Error Number: 29559

What version of Windows?
Is the machine on a domain?
Is the user a member of the machine's admin group?
