SQL CE MOBILE and MSDE?

Hi,

I'm looking at using the beta version of SQL CE Mobile and CF 2.0 and MSDE.
Does anyone know if merge replication is supported between SLQ CE Mobile and
MSDE?

No, you cannot replicate a SQL Mobile database with MSDE
or with SQL Express. You can use merge replication between SQL Mobile and
SQL Server 2005. I recommend the April CTP of SS2005.

Ok. Just to confirm im looking at this right... SQL Mobile is the newest
version of the database engine that can run on pocket pc devices. If is the
upgrade to SQL CE 2.0. Right?
