Manual install SQL Mobile (3.0) on Ce 4.2 device

Is possible to install manually SQL Mobile (3.0) on a CE 4.2 device ?

I have installed CF 2.0 SP1, but SQL Mobile ?

Is it possible to install the SQL Mobile not manually? I mean from the PB
4.2 ?
I looked the SQL Mobile component in the PB4.2, but not luck. I have all
the QFE´s though.
