SQL 2k Enterprise in Win XP Pro

I am trying to install SQL2K on my Win XP Pro laptop. I have verified that
all that requirements are met. Yet everytime I try and install SQL 2K Ent. on
my computer I get the following error, "Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise
Edition is not supported on this operating system. Only client components
will be available for installation."
Can anyone help me get past this so I can get Enterprise installed on my
Laptop?

You can only install/run either SQL Server 2000 Personal or Developer Edition on
Windows XP Professional. SQL Server 2000 Standard or Enterprise will only run
on a Server version of Windows.
