My home page keeps getting redirected to about:blank, and then when I try to
browse I am redirected to a "windows help center" which is clearly bogus. I
have run both Spybot and Lavasoft on my pc but it continues to happen. I
also increased my security to "high" and am prompted for cookies but I still
can't get rid of this thing. Any help would be appreciated.

save it in your Desktop. 3. Highlight the downloaded zip file. Right click on
it and select 'Extract All' and just follow the extracting wizard. 4. It will
