hijacked web pages

When I type in a web address, I am redirected to a porn
site.....deleted history,temp files, and cookies, checked
favorites for unauthorized installs.......nothing works to
get this off....tried uninstalling IE 6 but got error "bab
INI file". Already removed spyware with spy-bot and
lavasoft. Any advice?

when the problem is gone):
