I downloaded Microsoft beta version of spyware which
worked very well. It expired on July 31, 2005 I went to
the Microsoft site and attempted to download the new
version. Every attempt to download resulted in error
message 1324 my pictures contains an invalid path. Every
attempt to uninstall the beta version that expired on
July 31, 2005 was prohibited due to the same error
message. I need help to install the new version and
uninstall the old version. Microsoft technical support
was unable to solve the problem after 1 1/2 hours of
phone conversation yesterday and today.

Hi

Try CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com and first remove all temporarily junk.
2 tabs.

Then go to "Issues" and clean registry. Choose
to make a backup (built in dialog within CCleaner).

Try to download again, save it NOT run it from download location.
Choose desktop as download location.
