I downloaded the spyware it did allright on my windows
xp.BUT WHEN I DOWNLOADED ON MY WINDOWS ME IT WOULD NOT
INSTALL WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM.tHANK

Please read the information about system requirements at the web site. I'm
afraid this product requires Windows 2000 or newer.

It won't run on Windows Millennium Edition. All the tips at
http://www.microsoft.com/protect are applicable to your Windows ME machine,
though, and there are third-party products there that may be helpful to you.
